LeadsOnline makes investigative software and hardware used by law enforcement agencies globally. My work spans product UI design, brand systems, marketing, and (most recently) developing internal tools that enable everyone across the company (designers and non-designers alike) to produce brand-consistent work at scale.
Before entering my current role, I spent over a decade leading the Art & Design program at Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas, building creative infrastructure, running publication teams, and figuring out how to give both students and peers the autonomy to do their best work.
